Request account deletion
If you can sign in, open Your account in the Glanzoo app and choose Delete Account. You can review the scheduled date and cancel the request there during the seven-calendar-day grace period.
If you cannot use the app, send the request from the email address registered to your Glanzoo account. Include “Account Deletion Request” as the subject. Our support team will verify the request and confirm when the grace period and scheduled deletion date are recorded. You may cancel an email request by replying from that registered address before the confirmed deadline.
Request deletion by emailAfter the grace period, Glanzoo removes or anonymizes profile and saved account data where permitted. Order, return, refund, payment, invoice, and tax information may be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or unresolved-transaction needs. This means some transaction records may remain after account deletion.
