Secure Packaging
Every Glanzoo order is carefully packed with premium packaging material to ensure your products arrive in pristine condition. Delicate and premium items are given additional bubble-wrap protection.
Damaged / Lost Packages
If you receive a visibly damaged package, do not accept it. Contact us within 24 hours with photos/video of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on orders up to ₹15,000.
- A nominal COD handling fee of ₹49 applies.
- COD orders may take 1 additional working day for dispatch.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum order value for free shipping?
All prepaid orders across India qualify for FREE shipping, with no minimum order value. COD orders above ₹999 also get free delivery.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Address changes are possible within 2 hours of placing the order. Contact us immediately at support@glanzoo.com or call +91 98765 43210.
What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After 3 failed attempts, the package is returned to our warehouse and a full refund is processed.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Glanzoo ships within India only. International shipping is on our roadmap — stay tuned!
My tracking link shows no updates. What should I do?
Tracking information can take 24–48 hours to reflect after dispatch. If the link shows no update after 48 hours, please contact our support team.
