Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). Taxes, shipping charges, COD fees, discounts, and other applicable charges will be shown before you place the order wherever applicable.

Glanzoo may correct pricing, stock, or product information errors and may cancel or modify an order if an obvious error, inventory issue, payment issue, or suspected misuse is found.

Placing an order means you are offering to buy the selected products under these terms. An order is accepted only when Glanzoo confirms it and begins processing it. We may reject, cancel, or limit orders in cases such as incorrect details, payment failure, unavailable stock, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, or policy abuse.

You are responsible for checking product details, size, quantity, delivery address, phone number, and payment method before confirming an order.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Glanzoo may offer Cash on Delivery for eligible orders, products, and delivery locations.

• Glanzoo does not store raw card numbers, CVV codes, UPI PINs, net banking passwords, or complete payment credentials.
• If online payment options are enabled, order confirmation depends on payment authorization and verification.
• For COD orders, you agree to pay the final order amount at delivery. COD availability may depend on product type, order value, delivery PIN code, and fraud checks.
• If payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, contact support with transaction details so we can verify and assist with resolution.

Delivery timelines depend on product availability, dispatch time, courier coverage, delivery PIN code, payment method, customer availability, and external conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the estimated timeline shown during checkout or order tracking.

You must provide a complete and reachable delivery address and phone number. Failed delivery attempts, incorrect address details, unavailable customers, or refused COD orders may cause delay, cancellation, or return to origin.

Glanzoo offers a 7-day return window for eligible products, subject to product condition, category restrictions, original packaging, tags, hygiene rules, and return approval. Some products may not be returnable due to safety, hygiene, customization, or final-sale restrictions.

Refunds are processed according to the original payment method, COD refund requirements, bank timelines, and return quality check results.

You agree not to misuse Glanzoo, its accounts, checkout, payment systems, promotions, support channels, or website features. Prohibited uses include:

• Using false identity, fake addresses, fake phone numbers, stolen payment methods, or unauthorized account access.
• Placing fraudulent, abusive, repeated fake, or intentionally refused COD orders.
• Attempting to hack, overload, scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or disrupt the website or its systems.
• Uploading or sending harmful code, spam, abusive messages, illegal content, or misleading claims.
• Misusing coupons, returns, refunds, referrals, or payment disputes.
• Using Glanzoo for unlawful activities or activities prohibited under Indian law.

The Glanzoo name, website design, page layout, product presentation, graphics, text, images, logos, software, and other website content are owned by Glanzoo or used with permission. You may use the website for personal shopping only.

You must not copy, reproduce, sell, exploit, or misuse website content, brand assets, product data, images, or software without written permission from Glanzoo or the relevant rights owner.
